How to remove svchost.exe error? Removing svchost.exe application error

The svchost.exe with error message indicating 0X745f2780 referring memory, 0x00000000 is one of the common problem you might face in case of corrupted updated in Windows XP. So when this error occurs, you have to close this and as a result of this you may experience that the system to behave slowly. So let us see the simple way in which you can remove this error.
1) Make sure that your Wiindows Auopmatic Update is ON.
Right Click on My Compute --> Properties --> Automatic Updates ON
2) Start --> Run --> cmd
3) A black window will open, type services.msc and enter
4) Double Click Automatic Updates service
5) Log On Tab --> under this ensure,
i) "Local System Account "- SELECTED
ii) "allow service to interact with desktop" - UNCHECKED
iii) "Hardware Profile section" - Service is Enabled
6) Under the General Tab ensure that
i) Start Up Type is Automatic
ii) Service Status should be started
7) Like point 4, now chose Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) and repeat the remaining steps till 6
8) Again go to Command Window, by typing cmd in Run
9) In the black Window, type
REGSVR32 WUAPI.DLL
and wait for the pop up "DllRegisterServer in WUAPI.DLL succeeded" and click OK. Repeat the similar step for the following commands also
REGSVR32 WUAUENG.DLL
REGSVR32 WUAUENG1.DLL
REGSVR32 ATL.DLL
REGSVR32 WUCLTUI.DLL
REGSVR32 WUPS.DLL
REGSVR32 WUPS2.DLL
REGSVR32 WUWEB.DLL
9) Now in the command window, type the following command and give enter after each command.
i) net stop WuAuServ
ii) %windir%
iii) ren SoftwareDistribution SD_OLD
iv) net start WuAuServ
10) Now restart the computer
11) If you still get the same error, turn off the automatic updates,opposite of first step, and restart/shut down the system. When the system restart, this svchost.exe error doesn't occur.
