India wins a thriller match, winning by 1 run against South Africa

The Target for South Africa was just 191 runs and South Africa was sailing safely towards the target as they were 60/1 for at one instance, and this is the instance where I thought India has no hope and slowly I started to sleep while watching the match, without shutting down the TV set. The time at that instance was around 11:30 PM, IST, 16th January 2011, which was the day where India vs South Africa second ODI took place, where India was trailing 0-1 in the 5 match ODI series.

Suddenly when I woke at 1 AM, I was shocked to see that South Africa need 16 more runs in 11 overs, with only 3 wickets remaining.My sleep went off when Steyn was run out by Vijay and SA need some 15 runs with 2 wickets reaming.

But OOOPPPPPS.. Parnell and Morkel looked almost certain to win for SA, because they brought the score to 3 runs to win from 8 overs.

But at that point our hero came into picture and he is none other than Munaf Patel who managed to pick the last 2 wickets and made India won by 1 run... Great performance by Team India.

At one stage before South Africa took the third Power Play, they just required 46 runs from 18 overs, with 6 wickets remaining, but the part for India started from that instant.
