CTR - Click Through Rate

CPM - Effective cost-per-thousand impressions

CTR - Click Through Rate

CTR determines how often the visitors click your ads.

For example,

if, Page Impressions = 300
Clicks = 3

So if we want to calculate the CTR , the formula will be

CTR = (Clicks/Page Impression)*(100)

so here the CTR = (3/300) * (100)
CTR = 1%

eCPM - Effective cost-per-thousand impressions

eCPM determines the estimated earning for 1000 impressions.

For example,

if, Page Impressions = 300
Clicks = 3
Estimated Earnings = $ 0.30

So if we want to calculate the eCPM , the formula will be

eCPM = (1000 * Estimated Earnings)/(Page Impression)

so here the eCPM = (1000 * 0.30) / (300)
eCPM = 1%

Bravo, man!

...so here the eCPM = (1000 * 0.30) / (300)

eCPM = 1%...

You take $, divide it by number and finally got %... you are alchemist! ))
